Question Slip bag? Suggestions?

Ok, so i need a slip bag/ball.
I'm willing to pay for one. . .
But, i just wanted to know if anyone has any home-made alternatives.
Please either post a video/picture.
Or describe what you use; materials, ways in which you install it etc.

The only slip ball i've found costs over 40 so....
Alternatives welcome

When I was really hurting for equipment I used an AC adapter and hung it from the ceiling lol. I now use an ankle weight hung from a bungee cord. You could use a sock filled with sand or anything that you can tie to string or rope. A balloon filled with sand or water. Stress ball?
