yea itd be ok, just like milk in cereal. Should do a few exercises as soon as you get up then take your protein shake. Put it to use.

Protein shakes are best taken after work outs. You can drink it in between meals if your looking to get those extra amino acids in your system.

probly only like 20-30 minutes in the morning b4 i go out. I'll do 1 set of incline,1 set decline and 1 set normal push ups. Then my situps- the kostya tzsyu way(on your back, legs straight up in the air and touch ur toes, then some chin ups b4 i have my shower then eat my high protein breaky.
