    Hidehiko Yoshida announced today that he will be facing Royce Gracie in another match to settle their series. No date or venue was announced.

    I thought it was settled when Royce cornholed him in their last match.

      technically that makes it tied, 1-1 for both of them. I guess yoshida feels the need for a tie breaker

          Sure, the ref made a mistake by calling it too early. But Royce couldn't do jack **** during that match, and Yoshida clearly had dominant position at the time of the stoppage. IMO, Yoshida was going to pull a Wallid and choke him out anyway.

          In fight two, Royce clearly fought better this time around. "He took his beating like a man" is what Royce said afterwards, but I wouldn't exactly characterize it as a "beating." A beating is Enson vs. Igor. Fedor vs. Goodridge. Silva vs. Rampage. Those are beatings. Royce's pitty pat punches marked up Yoshida, but he never had him in serious trouble.

          IMO, the little history between the two certainly deserves a third match. It makes for good MMA drama.
