Default Overtraining?

Do I definitely need at least one day of muscle recovery if I want to see progress? Because after starting up boxing, I was thinking of having a schedule like this:

Monday: Boxing gym for 2 hours
Tuesday: Swimming a kilometer, 310 pushups and 150 pullups
Wednesday: Boxing gym for 2 hours
Thursday: Swimming a kilometer, 310 pushups, and 150 pullups
Friday: Boxing gym for 2 hours
Saturday: Boxing gym for 2 hours
Sunday: Lifting weights with 600-700 ab-related repetitions (situps, crunches, etc.)

Would this be overtraining? I don't have any running in there yet, but once I get started, I will definitely fit that in somewhere.

Well I get about 7 hours of sleep a night, but whenever I feel tired after school, I usually take an hour nap.

On weekdays I usually eat scrambled eggs for breakfast with some bread and juice. For lunch, I eat two mini bagels with cream cheese, have a juice cup, string cheese, and a yogurt. When I get home from school, I eat a pretty big meal, with meat and carbs. I usually have a few fruits before going to bed. I don't eat too much.

It is definitely overtraining. You should throw in a day of rest in there especially if you are going to add running to your schedule. You may feel like your body can handle it for a while but you will be puitting yourself at risk of injuries (some of which can be long nagging ones). Trust me on this one, it's not worth the risk.

So maybe then instead of the day of weight training, I should just rest that day. With running I would start fairly slow, meaning I would run about 40 minutes at night before going to sleep 3-4 days a week (first jogging the whole time, then maybe running pretty hard for 10 minutes, then 15, 20, and building up).

Personally, I would do something that looked more like this just to get some recovery days in there:

Monday- Boxing+jog or swim
Tuesday- Rest
Wednesday- Push ups, pull ups, ab work
Thursday- Boxing+ jog or swim
Friday- Rest
Saturday- Boxing+ jog or swim
Sunday- Push ups, pull ups, ab work

Well I want to work out 6 days a week at least, so I basically only want one day of rest if I absolutely need one. I've been working out 6 days a week for the past 6 months, and it hasn't gone to bad. I've had some pretty bad days where I really did not want to work out, but I persisted through it.

you would not be over training if you build up to this but if you haven't built up to this then yes.

Well I've never done a boxing training session before, but after I start, I want to focus my attention on boxing (which is why I want to be in the gym 4 days a week). I've been doing weightlifting, swimming, pushups, and pullups for half a year now, and I've been increasing my repetitions/weights in each of those exercises weekly. Can't wait to start boxing though
