Default Shoulder Strength/Conditioning/Stamina

What is the best way to get my shoulders strength/conditioning/stamina up? They get pretty tired after a few rounds of skill work and sparring... I don't run out of energy or feel winded, it's just my shoulders get fatigued... What are the best exercises or weight training to help with this?
