Default Any tips or supplements

Well guys havnt been training for that long but i love it. Well my wieght division is Heavy Wieght and was wondering if any one recomended some tips or supplements to help me shed a few extra pounds, im about 6'1, 260, and 16 so help me out anyway u can thanks------------TANK

i dont believe a word of that ****, every other person posts that "im 6'1 , 220 lbs" but w/e, if u want to shed some weight i reccomend running and dieting, and not

Hey man u can believe watever u want but i am 6'1 i run 1 1/2 mile monday through Friday in the morning but i dont diet

... are you serious or are you saying that as a joke? Because I know with bodybuilding, lots of guys said if you abstain from it for about a week or so it increases your testosterone levels

By how much I have no clue, I'd imagine not too much lol just throwin it out there

Diet and exercise; there is no weight loss supplement. Follow the food pyramid and make sure you get your daily exercise. As for ****ing, just try to post pone until after your workout since it does decrease your testosterone levels temporarily, but they are always replenished overnight (that's if you get a good night's sleep).
