from my experience, it's the Guidos I hate to work with the most. always complaining about everything. they never want to do manual labor, even though the job requires it.

we always get the **** jobs because we are apprenticing for being bartenders as barbacks. so the bartenders have us do all the bull**** but i don't complain about it because in a few months i'll be a bartender too and won't be doing the ****... but this ****ing Guido kid cries about everything and always is quick to brag about his "biceps" but as soon as we are lifting **** and hauling stuff around he's tired, hungry and crying.

i work a white collar job as an engineer. i have worked with few black people, and i would say black people in white collar jobs have great work ethics.

It's incredibly prejudicial to make such sweeping generalisations based on race. To be more scientifically and culturally accurate you need to be much more specific about the jobs themselves. So here are the facts:

Burger flipping: Blacks
Cotton picking: Blacks
Career criminal: Blacks
Crack dealing: Blacks
Drug trafficking: Latinos
People trafficking: Asians
Toilet cleaners: Any non-whites/primarily blacks
Prostitution: Whites (Eastern Europe)
All skilled work and professional/clerical: Whites
Middle and senior management: Whites
Anything requiring some form of qualifications: Whites
