More power to the guy. He's been fighting in one form or another for most of his life so I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't wanna do it anymore. I wasn't overly impressed by the guy, but he was unique in his methods.

I hear where you're coming from. The thing which impressed me was he seems to have very solid kickboxing skills. Coupled with his takedowns/defence, he could be a danger to a lot of fighters.

Sammy Morgan, a blown up 170lb'er who Cung took the better part of 3 rounds to finish, in comparison to Paul daley who done him inside 3 mins.

Tony Fryklund, never accomplished anything in MMA. Most known for being KO'ed silly by Anderson Silva's elbow. And again Cung took the better part of 3 rounds to finish him which isn't impressive when you consider that outside of Matt Lindland every other guy that has beaten him finished him early.

Jason Von Flue, another blown up 170lb'er and a TUF bum. . . no more needs to be said.

Brian Warren, not even a worthy opponent for anyone. Has lost 7 of his last 10 fights since then. An 11-13 record.

No doubt, I think his fights were basically more for show than anything else.

True, his methods were interesting. But at the same time he's a specialist which is never a good thing in MMA. He's like Thiago Alves in a way. If Cung met someone who could match him for technique on the feet and had great wrestling I could see Cung losing decisively.
