How did Ali do against southpaws?

As I recall Karl Mildenburger was the only southpaw Ali ever faced (professionally), and he had trouble with him. Does anyone recall any other instances?

mildenburger gave ali trouble in 1966. however, he did fairly well against him. he cut up mildenburger's face and the butterfly retained his title.

FairPlay, Ali recovered, adjusted, and knocked him out. A Brit name of Richard Dunne(sp) late in his career was a lefty, but being a marshmallow was no prob.

Trivia: Wlad holds the hvy record for the most lefty title fights.

In Ali days lefties were converted to orthodox so the could make better matches. Joe Frazier may have been lefty. Now lefties rule boxing well out of proportion to their numbers in the general populace.
