No, it wasn't Teddy. It was an early ABC/NBC fight I believe I once watched. I'm trying to remember the fight. It wasn't said as a joke either. I tried google, but all I found is a NY article in 97 in which he says he supports the death penalty. I'll try to go through my fights on my HD and see if I can find it.
