    Correct.

The use of PEDs in boxing is far greater than most believe/accept. The coaches, managers and fighters all know that but noone wants to whistleblow.

Then much much later, Jacobs finally signed to fight GGG to fight in March but he didnt yet sign his VADA papers! Middle of January, Jacobs was already training hard and Jacobs still was not enrolled to VADA, while GGG has been enrolled for the Clean boxing program since the Lemieux, which means 24/7 testing.

Jacobs eventually signed his papers 6 weeks prior to the fight which is not remotely enough time to properly test a fighter. Jacobs who trained with PED Guru Victor Conte migh thave used all kinds of Performance Enhancing Drugs in his training camp until late January before "cycling off" and still get huge benefits leading into the fight with GGG.

Andre Ward is doing something similar. The contract has a rematch clause which had an intended 4 months period of VADA testing, which would be ideal for efficient testing, the fight is supposed to happen on June 17th, that is less than 3 months away.

It seems quite obvious that Ward is trying to stall the rematch as long as possible, same as Danny Jacobs, to delay VADA Testing and is doing some shady stuff. Again, Vada testing will be inefficient when a fighter like Ward can control when actual testing starts.

Ward and Jacobs are following the blueprint of Floyd Mayweather who started to announce his last couple fights at a surprising late date to delay drug testing.

Team GGG doesn't even believe in testing more than a month. They're just doing it because they're being forced by the WBC.

Which is hilarious cause Maxi was going around claiming GGG did 365 testing and when I asked for source he disappeared as usual.

If anyone is juicing here, is those dirty Eastern Euros. We know how they dope over there.

GGG was in the process of cycling off when he delayed VADA for the Lemeiux fight until 2.5 weeks before the fight. It was his first non-vacant title fight so he needed the biggest ped boost as he could get for this one. At the same time he could pretend that he's a clean fighter by signing on to a useless doping program where he could control when actual testing starts.

He also was cycling off when he delayed VADA until 4 weeks before the Wade fight. Still had to take peds, but not as many need compared compare to Lemeiux, hence the slightly longer testing.

GGG only signed on to the Clean boxing program until 7 weeks before the Kell Brook fight because he didn't have to take as many peds to fight a welterweight compared to middleweights.

The first fight where he had to take 24/7 testing was against Jacobs, which was noncoincidentally the fight where he got a gift decision since he didn't have precious peds to help him.
