I'm not sure if sleeping in a hyperbaric chamber is such a good idea. I was looking into using hyperbaric chambers myself to help with getting more oxygen, recovery and stamina but I read that if you use the hyperbaric chamber too much that it can be a detriment to health instead of benefit. Similar to the saying of too much of one thing is not a good thing that there needs to be balance.

So we'll see what happens.

I see. True. Too much of something is bad.

This Capsule Keith is sleeping on tells me he needs it for recovery. He's pushing himself to the limits. This O2 chamber will supposedly help him recover quicker.
