The idea that he wouldn't notice his girlfriend wasn't in bed with him, that he wouldn't instinctively check when he thought he heard an intruder, and that he would then unload on a locked cubicle without ever making sure it wasn't her is fucking ridiculous.

The dude lives in a massive compound as well, check out Silver Wood Estate, Pretoria on Google Maps. This place was secure as hell and it wasn't like robberies were an everyday occurrence like they might be in other parts of South Africa.
