Oh but it is difficult for career criminals.

What people fail to realize is that as a career criminal, you only have two options in regards to your fate.

So when these career criminals break the law for the umpteenth time, and then cops arrive, they don’t want to comply. They know they’re going to jail, and it’s probably for awhile, which they don’t want. And also, they’re already programmed to hate the police since every time they break the law, police show up and arrest them.
