It covers so many different things from understanding your attacker, not getting into the situation, and stuff thst will really help you like just not letting it get to you the book is free and only 40 pages long. Smart folks don't go lookin for fights. Nobody sane wants to get hurt or to hurt anybody else. But sumtimes you got no choice. A fight here n there is inevitable. Hopefully it's never to the point of your life bein at stake. In cases of armed robberies, $ and watches or **** like that ain't worth dyin over. If you in trouble and the odds are even in a hand to hand fight, do whatchu gotta do.
