You can't say a fighter got "robbed" when all he has to do is not get floored in the 12th to get the win. That is the dilemma for a fighter like Fury who will always depend on the judges when fighting against top level competition. Judging isn't scientific and the winner of a round is prone to vary among judges and fans. That's nothing new to the sport of boxing.

# of knockdowns has nothing to do with my opinion that Fury didn't get robbed. Did he do enough to get the win? Yes. However, given that draw judge would have scored it for Fury had he not been knocked down, calling it a robbery isn't appropriate.

You do realise Fury admitted he cheated (held and hit) to beat Cunnigham?? So he got lucky there but he didn't against Wilder.

If you get knocked down twice away from home - you are fortunate to get a draw. Check the punch stats for that fight. There's not much in it - people just see what they want to see.

If you get knocked down twice away from home - you are fortunate to get a draw. Check the punch stats for that fight. There's not much in it - people just see what they want to see.

History of boxing shows you can win a fight on cards convincingly if you get kd once. So no reason why you can't be considered to have won convincingly if knocked down twice, if only just a little less convincing?

Are you saying Fury just made a tactical error in not being aggressive against Wilder? Or was he afraid of letting his hands go because he didn’t wanna stay in punching range too long because of what may have been coming back at him?

Floyd relied on points. But when did Floyd ever only connect on 25% of his punches or get put on his ass twice? That’s what y’all keep failing to acknowledge. In almost every round, Wilder and Fury’s connects were almost the same and Wilder was the aggressor. Fury fought well and personally, I thought he deserved the decision. But a lot of y’all gave Fury way too much credit for simply being on his feet at the end of most rounds where neither fight did much.
