You can't really say that, because you have countless Americans who tried to make it professional in other sports (football, basketball, baseball, etc) who could've had a chance in boxing.

Shawn Porter is a rarity, in that he was one of the football kids who committed to boxing basically right after high school. His style is his style, but imagine what things would've been like had he played D2 football as a 5'6 175-180lb running for however long before coming to boxing.

Imagine if Dominic Breazeale, after having a high school career that was good enough to draw the attention of a good area junior college and that's about it, had decided to try his hand at boxing at 18 (instead of 23).

Umm Peters is a bad example, he's fat not athletic.

Brits over achieve at sport. You say "imagine" but theres programmes in place so they don't have to "imagine". Look at out achievements in all sports, we compete everywhere and we're tiny. Gotta get your **** in gear tbh.

I was obsessed with Sam Peter for a while. Not to be disrespectful but I always wondered who the smallest man who could beat him would be. Because like you say - he was a big lump but not athletic. Someone like Andre Ward would have beaten him for sure

bro......brits compared to americans in boxing literally never achieved *****. Yes the u.k. is way smaller then the u.s. but the u.s. don't care for boxing like it once was......but even still. U have.guys like wilder. Porter. Spence. Crawford. Danny. Mickey. 2 charlos. Jacobs. Thurman. Andrada. Hurd. Regis. America even today has the best fighters from 140 to heavyweight. Wilder at the least is number 2 at heavyweight. Regis is 1 at 140. 147 Porter spence. 154 charlo/hurd. 160 jacobs at the least is 3rd behind ggg and canelo, and i with so many felt he honestly beat golovkin. 168 david benividez is our best but i give u that he hasn't gotten in there with the top dogs just yet but he is gonna be great. 175 is dead. Ward *****ed and wiped his a$$ with that division retiring on top. Cruiser is usyk. Brits really don't start showing up in till heavyweight.

Soft?? Is that why we spank you most of the time we fight?

We do in fact have better teeth than you do in the US. Germany have the best in the world, we have the second best. Check it out.

So on both counts you're wrong.
