I remember that fight being very close, so it wasn't clear at all. Tarver was unloading combos on Roy by stalking him and trapping him in the corner.

A lot of people thought Tarver won the first fight and made Roy's face look like it never has before. It's like saying Mayweather shouldn't of re-matched Castillo.

You should be stripped of that neutral title for trying to justify that Roy shouldn't have re-matched Tarver. It was commendable on his part and necessary for him not to be abused even more for not facing worthy challengers.

It was competitive but Roy won c'mon, it was not anything like Floyd/Castillo.......where did I say he shouldn't have rematched him? Don't put text where I didn't post any.

There are lots of competitive fights where someone loses and there is no rematch while no one makes anything of it after about a week of saying robbery this and robbery that.......the only reason he got one was because he didn't lose so badly like everyone else had.

To be fair, as chinny as Roy was shown to be after the first Tarver fight its hard to say Tarver really hit him with anything significant in that fight.
