Can the front foot to pivot when throwing jabs?

    I'm assuming you are the question about the sore knee lol Like he says, keep the foot at a 45. The way he is showing the drive in that rotation of the hips isn't helping your power. The only rotation that should be there is the natural rotation from the step forward and rotating your shoulders.

    Driving your hip to the right is taking the lineal power driving forward and twisting it to the right therefore taking some of the power off. If you don't drive your hips to the right and do a quick shuffle, you shouldn't have any issues with your knee.
