You have to be very careful when you deal with mental health, some psychiatrist (like lots of Dr's) are in the prescription pill game and make lots of $ when they prescribe their patients meds they dont need. Before going to a Dr. try getting more sleep, at least 7.5hrs a night, take a vacation, and work out in the mornings (if you can). Just sounds like you are a dad/husband that gets irritable at times, trust me I know the feeling. If you were bi-polar and not on meds you probably wouldnt be married nor be able to hold a job, especially a good paying one.

Even then it's probably not a good idea. Cutting out weed will rule it out as a factor. Most people are OK with weed but some people are sensitive to it.
