Are you kidding me, Porter could have easily got the decision vs Thurman, and lost a close decision vs Brook

On the other hand we have Garcia who is clearly a small welterweight and got outworked and beat up in the later rounds Peterson, outworked by Herrera and beaten to a bloody pulp by a shot Zab Judah

Porter is a different animal. Porter will be way too busy, aggressive, quick and strong for Garcia

I see the fight being a boxing match for the first 3-4 with it being fairly close. Then Porter will start to maul him the rest of the fight similar to Berto and Broner

Sure Porter smothers his work and leads with his head sometimes so that sucks for Garcia lol, but it benefits Porter even more

Just because he doesn’t have a great resume at 147 doesn’t mean it’s too late for him to have one. There is always room for improvement. This might be the fight for him, and more exciting fights are coming for sure. The ww is stacked.

If he’s completely shyyt he wouldn’t have been able to hang in there with thurman. It was by no means a schooling although we had a clear winner.

I personally think he has what it takes to KO someone like horn as well. Bud’s best win.

From what I have seen from both boxers Porter should be the favorite. He throws too many punches per round and sets too fast a pace for Garcia to handle.It's a close fight to me that either man could win but I think you will win your bet. Porter took Brook's power and Brook hits harder than Garcia. Thurman fought them both and he picks Porter to win.

Porter actually used footwork and jab a lot of times before just leaping in. His foot speed is so fast he gets away with it whenever he doesn't use his jab. Porter also feints a lot throwing off his opponents timing. If be was just leaping in with his head with no method behind his madness then he would have been kod by now
