How is Pac able to disfigure Marg and Cotto's face yet couldn't put a dent in Boner?

Lets see he fought cotto 2009 at the age of 30 in his prime. Cotto also came forward and actually tried to fight. Broner fought a 40 year old version and was defensive all night barely letting his hands go aka just trying to survive like he always does.

Some guys cut easier than others. I don't remember seeing Broner cut. There is a certain amount of random luck in cuts. A boxer might fight a guy once and cut him and then fight him 3 more times and never cut him again.

Both guys much, much stronger and more durable than AB but yet he couldn't even put a hurting on him or come anywhere near to what he did to Margairto and Cotto. Someone please explain this to me.
