    I used to cook.

It can be pretty rewarding, you can get up to $4000 a pound for good ****.

I love cooking. It relaxes me. I get to zone out and not be paranoid about what's in my cooked food because I prepared it.

95% of the food I consume is purchased at a supermarket of sorts. The reward is that I save money and I prevent myself from blowing up like a balloon because I control the portion sizes and what ingredients are used. Eateries (delis restaurants food trucks etc) are notorious for adding all sorts of stuff that significantly increases the calories and fat content.

I don't particularly like cooking; I do it for the reasons stated above.

          Roll a fatty.
          Shower
Get me a Jack and Coke
          Throw on some music
          Cook while I'm burning one.
Flop my ass down and watch some Netflix or Youtube
Listen to the old lady ***** about her day, but I'm nice and smooth at this point, so its all good.

That is pretty much my routine and cooking is a key part of my relaxation process. I enjoy it a lot.

That's the easiest thing to do.
