Cotto-Floyd a.k.a Frazior-Ali ??????

I will politely disagree with you about the disadvantages you speak of. But even if that is the case, would you not agree that Floyd has advantages in skill and speed over just about every fighter at 147? Like you said, its about styles. But nobody should get a free pass because we might THINK one style would trump another. The best set out to prove it. Thats all Im saying.

who ever calls you names for thinking Cotto/Mayweather would be an awesome fight are ****ing idiots. Of course it would be a great fight. All this "cotto is too flawed" **** is just a cop out. Baldomir/Hatton/De La Hoya/Corrales/Gatti all had flaws and were not perfect fighters.

its awesome to see 2 fighters who seem to be physically matched fight because the contrast in ability and skill becomes so apparent. Thats why Mayweather/Judah is one of my favorite fights.

I have been on this board for a short time, but on 1 thing i do notice is that we have alot of extremist on this site.

It is either or with most of the posters on this site.

I may get called all kind of names. But I still Think Cotto-Mayweather would be a great match.

Cotto and Mayweather are More evenly Match than any other 2 fighters in boxing each of them have their advantages over each other, And each would push the fight to the limit fight just because of the history of these past two fighters.

If Cotto get his head straight again. it would be a great fight.

Think about it like this:

Just because Frazior Beat Ali, It didnt mean Foremen could beat Ali.
and Foremen beat the **** of out Frazior.

So I think Cotto- Floyd with Be Exactly like Ali-Frazior.
Exact Styles, and Exact Personalites.

Cotto style and Frazior Style
Floyd's Style and Ali Style..

It would be a great fight. but too bad It wouldnt have as much hype as it would have if Cotto would have been undefeated.

Floyd-Manny would be huge, but I think Floyd wins a strategic fight. Cotto-Mayweather I think is the more competitive fight. Im no fan, but make no mistake, I know how good Floyd is. But I think Cotto gives him fits and has a good chance of winning, especially with Floyd being this inactive.

Willams and Cotto are the only ones I would take a chance and bet to beat Mayweather. But I don't think Williams will be at 147 again no matter what he ays, and Floyd aint trying to go up for that big a chance for what to him would be a crappy ass payday.

If Cotto can beat Margarito in impressive fashion.
I think he needs to call out Floyd before Floyd fights Pacquaio.
So the HYPE can return 4 Floyd to give his farewell fight against Cotto and Not Pacquaio.

And That could be floyd's gift to all the latino's
who supported him all these years.
Here is a Fact.
Latino's talk about Floyd more than blacks do.

Latino's would give Floyd his love, If he just give their boy Cotto a shot.

When I read these boards, and see how mostly all the Latino's
fans are still talking about Floyd 1 year After he retired..
It is because they are mad that Floyd didnt give their guy a chance to shine
and they are holding it against him.
