Floyd Mayweather at 41 vs. Sugar Ray Leonard at 41

Mayweather by KO is my pick. Mayweather retained much of his ability at an older age. Leonard was already shot to hell when Norris slaughtered the 33 year old Leonard. At age 40 Leonard was so far gone than light punching, much smaller 34 year old Camacho easily KOed Leonard in 4 rounds. Leonard was a great fighter who did not age well while Mayweather was a great fighter who aged extremely well.

Leonard had to pass through prime Duran 2x, prime Hearns, prime Benitez, Hagler and Norris. He also kicked Floyd's daddy's ass. Floyd never fought an elite at their best, let alone anyone on the level of prime Duran or Hearns.

Agreed, Floyd did not carry Connor his face in the corner said it all. He was constantly outjabbed through out and countered. Floyd became reckless getting hit because he was desperate to make something happen. He still has a lot in his tank to potshot old leonard. His fundamentals are all still there, despite the decrease of reflexes and speed. He still have levels to his defense.
Floyd was never on tough wars like Leonard as well. So he has the advantage at 41.
