Scoring for facial damage is pretty dumb at best, but their respective faces did tell a story, which I think is Canelo doing more damage and landing a lot of clean power punches. The fight overall was more violent than the first.

BUT I'll back you up in saying that doesn't mean he won.

Isnt it strange how all the pugilists who were bemoaning people for wanting 'rock em sock em' are now using facial damage as their main justification for a fighter losing.
      And newwwwww!!! Hahahhaa

You filthy KGB scumbags need to go away now.

Canelo in 10 years would be black and blue from just jabs.
Aren't you the same guy who said "if they don't give it to ggg it's a blatant robbery"in the round by round thread?

The kicker though. ...it was the end of round 6

Why are you so defensive about it?

These golovkin dickriders are really just stupid as hell lol

Every excuse they make is so laughable and pathetic.

I mean, take Linares' fight with DeMarco. DeMarco did end up winning when Linares' face fell apart but before that, Linares clearly had him beat on points. No way DeMarco should have won a decision had the fight went twelve. So the facial damage didn't really tell the story in that one.

It seems like Vinny Pazienza got cut in every fight he had but he won many of them.

Heck, Kell Brook marked GGG up. Did he win the fight? Clearly not.

Facial damage just doesn't always tell the story.

                      Sorry, Canelo fans.

Can you post us some GGG pictures of fights he dominated where he looks like someone took a tire iron to him?

I haven’t seen the fight. I don’t think it’s a way to judge a fight, obviously, but I also see GGG saying Canelo didn’t do anything and others saying Canelo didn’t do any damage, and the physical evidence suggests otherwise.
