        Stop believing bull**** articles like these.


        1kg of fat has 7500 calories.

        Even if you eat nothing for 13 days and given the fantasy scenario where you only lose fat, you will lose 4-5 kg of fat in 13 days.


        Even if the stated number of 20kg was true, sure thing yeah,
        you would lose far more water, stored glykogen and muscle mass than you would lose fat.

        Not only that, but this diet is extremely high in saturated fat and Cholesterol. Anything but healthy for your heart.

          These claims are always because some guys starting weight was 600lbs and the only exercise they do is pushing out a turd, so they then use the 50lb number As an extreme claim

          Your average dude that is moderately active say 170-180 ain't gonna strip 50lbs in 13 weeks let alone 13 days

              doubt anything will lose 20 kgs in 2 weeks lol, even a prisoner of war diet. ive done a 2 week diet twice though- lyle mcdonald rapid fat loss. and i lost big amount of weight both times, its a horrible two weeks though.

                I remember watching this documentary (not the one you're thinking of) where the guy ate McDonalds for 30 days and actually lost weight. He didn't eat it all day. I think just dinner every night.

                  You shouldn't be looking for magic diets like this. Just consistently lower your caloric intake if you want to lose weight and increase it if you want to gain weight. If your weight still isn't moving in the right direction you need to eat even less or even more respectively.

                  Now lets get to how ridiculous this diet is just for fun. 20kg is 44lb. theres 3500 calories per pound so that's 154,000 calories you need to cut in 13 days. That's 11,846 calories a day. Even if you ate absolutely nothing and workout for hours you wouldn't be able to burn that much fat in such a short amount of time. You'd have to be an elite athlete and even then it would extremely difficult.

                  Just learn discipline about your diet and get to your goal weight in a reasonable manner. If you don't build good eating habits on the way to your goal weight how do you expect to maintain that weight? You'll just gain weight again before you do another ridiculous fad diet.

                    It is necessary to understand that so quickly losing weight is not possible, as it is harmful to health. Many athletes lose a couple of pounds before a fight. Still, you have to understand that it all happens under the close supervision of doctors. But 20 kilos is too much for that period. Weight Loss Surgery is also supervised by doctors, but it is much safer than using some kind of diet. So you better think about it.
