i think 1 billion each is fine.

16 bill will be around 60 billion by end of season.

half will go to 1st , 2nd and 3rd place.

then the other half will go to division winners and all the extra bonuses.

we'll pay off the guy with the best qb , the best rb , best wr , best te and so on.

we'll also pay for the best fantasy performer each week , highest scoring team of the week , etc.

i'll figure out the awards before the start of the season (watch there's no nfl this year. )

It would be cool if they had replacement players like when they had the scab year.
Then we'd all really have to research the bums they have playing.
