However, he would have gave him a boxing lesson of a lifetime, an ass whipping so severe that Pacquiao probably wouldn't answer the 3rd round bell.

A simple NO, in order for that to happen Floyd will have to take risks and that as we know isn't one of Floyd's stronger qualities!

Mayweather would've most likely played it safe against Pacquiao and boxed to a unanimous 12 round decision. Floyd's not a risk taker in the ring anymore - Everything he does is premeditated and calculated.

Same old same old. These folks never get tired of these silly topics. Four long years is not enough of the same old, same old.

Most boxing fans say he'll school Pac and win by UD. Only problem is he didn't have enough balls to fight Manny. He had to dump tons of roadblocks to prevent it from happening with the approval of his fanatical cult members. Easy fight, easy money they say. The balls are just not there. Hope that helps.

Nah not the same way. He could KO him somewhere after round 8-9. I actually see pac gettin knocked out sorta like hatton did against Floyd if he did.

Floyd is much better defensively and at setting traps for opponents so wouldn't have to go through hell to get that KO.

Manny is known for leaping in with his punches sometimes and it's easily conceivable that Floyd could walk him onto a hard right hand like. If he had success setting Manny up with it and timing him he would probably start to throw it harder.

If you listened to the Mayweathers' appraisal of Pac the whole time they would always talk about his balance, lunging in and Floyd KO'ing him if they fought...I always believed it would be a good relatively close fight but favoured Floyd to win a good decision or stop Pac

If Mayweather landed enough of his punches he could KO Pacquiao and if Pacquiao landed his punches on Mayweather he could KO Mayweather. Mayweather, Marquez and Pacquiao are all top pros, the best in the world. All three of them have good chins and good power. Any one of them could KO either of the other two if they landed the right punch or punches hard enough and often enough. Pacquiao and Marquez might hit slighly harder than Mayweather but Mayweather has good power. Would Mayweather's best right hand KO Pacquiao if Pacquiao ran into the punch without seeing it? I would say yes, Pacquiao would be counted out. Would Pacquiao be out as long as he was when Marquez KOed him? Probably not.
