Please everyone let this be an indicator that more stringent testing needs to be implemented. If this man has been able to go unnoticed and also win of our world's prestigious, athletic events, then a serious problem has presented itself. Either we enforce stricter testing, or allow cheaters to grow and run rampant through our sports. This is bigger than both Manny and Floyd.
