Difference is Silva's fights in the UFC, with the exception of Paterra, have actually been against top fighters. Liddell, Belfort, Rampage, Jardine, Franklin, Ortiz. That's 5 former UFC champions. Mirko's opponent's, Sanchez, Kongo, Gonzaga and Al-Turk. Basically 2 tomato cans and some mid-level competition. In fact Mirko hasn't fought anyone top flight since winning the PRIDE GP. Overeem is bordering on breaking into the upper echelons of the HW but still unproven.

i dunno...the guy's aura has basically vanished for me...he's 2-2 in the UFC, i hope he proves me wrong but i don't think we'll be seeing the same cro cop we saw before anymore.
