I think the most underrated is Mike Mccallum to me, I think that guy could have beat every fighter at middleweight possibly ever. Stylistically I see him giving Roy, Hagler, B-hop Monzon anyone problems at that weight

Ike Quartey in top form gives any fighter from 147-160 a tough fight no matter who it is. I think he's one of the most underrated guys of that era.
