i have digestion issues.. i have food intolerance causing gas, bloating, etc..

if stay away from gluten, lactose, red meat, etc.. my symptoms improve..

pescetarean diet (fish, seafood, vegetable and rice) should be my diet.. but faq that.. i rather have bloating and gas than not eat red meat

Every time a tried to do one of those stool samples I just ended up eating my own shet. They give you a ice-cream wooden stick to scoop some up and put them into little plastic containers, but it just looks so good, like chocolate mousse.
