It's funny that some people say Floyd cherry picked the likes of Baldomir, Hatton, Marquez and Mosley yet praise Pacquiao for beating the likes of Morales, De La Hoya, Hatton and Cotto. When Floyd fought these fighters they were ontop of their game, when Pacquiao fought them they were either shot or weight drained. It's not excuses it's just fact

and mosley was a great win but not enough to overtake pac..

still no explanation how floyd can be considered number 2 by beating marquez, (whom manny already beat) then number 1 by beating mosley (who already got beat by cotto)

Cotto defeated Mosely before being brutalized by Margarito, and before being the damaged goods he now is. Even if that weren't the case, that fight was close and could have gone either way.

i don't have a problem people rating floyd over pac if they have a valid argument for it.

problem is, they haven't presented a single argument for it without downplaying manny pac's wins and overrating floyds...

Cotto's damaged goods, and Clottey's never won a big fight. Ever.

Mosely was coming off the biggest win in his career, and was the undisputed WW champ. Before the scheduled Mayweather fight, everyone was predicting that he'd knock Andre Berto out, a youthful, talented, prime, fighter.

JMM, according to the majority of experts, historians, and analyst, had beaten Pac the year prior. In both Pacquiao bouts, JMM landed more punches and won more rounds. He staggered and bloodied Pac in their second fight.
