Floyd mayweather slammed for winning fighter of the decade

Passive-aggressive response from one of the Manny fans I discussed in my post above. Floyd Mayweather is an unquestioned 1st ballot HOF'er and ranked ahead of Manny in every and any poll of ATG fighters.

This disgruntled pac nut gobbler would have you believe Floyd cherrypicked his whole career, fought nothing but bums, but yet is going to be a surefire 1st ballot HOF'er because of smoke and mirrors.

This poster, in Dec 2009, called on Floyd to fight Shane. Floyd fought him in May 2010. Years later he called it a cherrypick despite calling for the fight and Floyd fighting him the 1st chance he got. That is very suspect.

It sucks that these kinds of posters exist on this board. Unsuccessful losers that sexually fantasize and hero worship Manny to such a degree that they lie about history and refuse to give Floyd any credit for an outstanding career.

Hopefully dude one day you will find some kind of joy in your life that you can stop behaving this way.

all of these guys are far better wins for floyd than shane...why you keep bellyaching over floyd being put on blast for dragging a** to make a fight with an absolutely shopworn shane mosley, who did absolutely nothing after losing to floyd...that was probably his most lackluster effort, and you are acting like he beat a prime sugar ray or something...

the problem here is...floyd is the main catalyst for lowering the standards for what passes for beating prime competition....thoroughly diluted it...and you, and Larry combined probably are 100,000 posts deep defending it...

You felt Shane could beat him. He proved that thinking wrong by beating Shane 6 months after you called for the fight. Just admit you were wrong and give credit.

As for diluting prime opponents- you are very critical of Floyd for not fighting prime opponents. Yet, you picked Shane to beat him despite the fact Shane refused to fight Floyd when both were prime because of a toothache. ODH, Manny and Kosta also refused, as did Hamed. Of course because you have such a disdain for Floyd, you call that "excuse making". Ok.

I do know Manny fans gve Floyd very little credit for the win but that is because you are all reacting to you're hero/man crush being humiliated and emasculated in front of the world.

I don't recall floyd fans posting that it was a popularity contest. Some may have. I posted it was like Karl Malone's MVP. It was given to someone who was the 2nd best rather than the clear #1 best in the sport.

Hes beating a much smaller man, with so much more wear and tear, he is JMMs used goods. Floyd dont get much credit for beating JMM, so why would floyd get so much credit for beating Pac? Yes, Pac got a few wins after the jmm ko, but that is credit to Pac and his tenacity, not floyd. Floyd dont get credit for Pac coming back from adversity and doing well after the floyd loss also.
