How significant are fight to fight weight deviations for a fighter ?

When Tyson beat Ribalta he weighed 213.5 pounds. 3 months later against Berbick he weighed 221.5 pounds. Was he significantly bigger and stronger and better against Berbick than against Ribalta ?

Ali weighed 201.5 pounds against Cooper when in his previous fight he weighed 214.5 pounds. Did his punching power and chin decrease significantly ?

When Deontay Wilder weighed in at 223 was a better fighter than when he weighed 209 ?

Holyfield lost to Bowe when he weighed 205 and beat him when he weighed 217. Did the extra 12 pounds make him a better fighter ?

Plus in HW they usually don’t bother cutting or water draining before weigh in.

It is usual to store about 1kg of water weight.

Tyson actual weight may have been the exact same, but he drank more water and didn’t go to the toilet!!!
