Because of an unusually early weigh in Jacobs had enough time to put on over 20 pounds by the time of his fight with GGG. Jacobs was a big super middleweight for that fight. Beating a huge and formidable Jacobs wasn't easy for GGG but he got the job done. You make it sound like GGG struggled with a guy who just got out of his hospital bed and was driven to the fight in an ambulance. GGG is the betting favorite to beat Canelo. I am betting on GGG to win. Canelo is a great fighter but I think GGG is an even greater fighter than Canelo.

It's a sad comment when making a reference to cancer is supposed to be taken as something that makes you weak!
Actually in Jacobs situation it was the opposite, it made him strong! The chinny part is ridiculous because he went 12 rds with the strong punching champion of the world!

The fight was calculating and could have been more competitive if Jacobs felt he could do more but he did what he did and lost the fight.
He was regarded as the second best middleweight fighting the best so whats anyone's beef! Isn't that match what everyone wanted?

At last Oscar will allow the bout everyone wants and we'll see what develops. Hopefully a competitive fight.

Wasn't really a tough fight though. He just didn't extend his ko streak. At no point was he ever hurt or in any trouble. He controlled the pace the whole night. Easy win.
