Why?
To me it seems if you can do 100 sit ups they are no longer building much muscle, if they arnt building muscle they arnt adding much protection to your organs and you are just wasting alot of time and effort.
Surely youd be better off doing far less reps like 5 x 10 using a weighted resistance and increasing the weight as it gets easier, so you are always at the 10 rep range where max muscle is built which you need for Armour for your organs.
