  • First batch of chili this season

    It was 33 degrees today. Perfect day for a pot of chili.

    Chili topped with Sour cream, mediterranean cheese, avocado chunks, tomato chunks, scallions, lime an garnish



    Here are the ingredients to that mediterranean cheese I used

              It depends on where you live and what type of chili you want to make. I know in a lot of places in the south they don't put beans in their chili. But up here in the north we've always put beans in our chili.

                    Yea. Made this one with ground beef. I'll do a white bean chili with chicken and a beef chili without beans.
