Not really a comic book guy, but you have to respect this man. RIP Stan.

He had a huge, positive influence on the world.

I think he believed he was just an entertainer of sorts. But his creations did more than just entertain people, they inspired people.

The guy stole his characters, The Hulk was obviously based on Frankenstein for looks, and Jekyll and Hyde for character.

Jack Kirby was the creative guy, who had all the idea.

Stan Lee just stole all the fame.

              Wrong.

Stan Lee came up with the ideas and stories, and he would tell Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko and John Romita what to draw based off those ideas.

He didn't steal anything. Spider-Man/ Peter Parker, his idea, teenage outcast with super powers, nobody wanted to make a comic off a teenager, teens were sidekicks at the time, The Fantastic Four his idea he was making a counter to Justice League, Iron Man, he was trying to make an unlikeable arms dealer millionaire, likeable, X-Men, he was trying to put social outcasts in the forefront. All of those creations, his ideas, and the courts sided with him when the Kirby family were trying to claim ownership years back.

Stop trying to be edgy with your nonsense. Show some respect.

It was Jack Kirby who had the ideas, as shown as when he went to work for DC and created character such as Darkseid. Then like so many other characters Marvel ripped of and created Thanos.

Like I said, Hulk was a rip off, and you know it as well.

Again. WRONG. Those were Stan Lee ideas. Look it up.

                  Everyone takes inspiration from others

Darth Vader - Dr Doom (a Stan Lee creation)
                  Deadpool - Deathstroke
                  Batman - Zorro
the Joker - Gwynplaine from The Man Who Laughs

Cobra from G.I. Joe - Hydra

Resident Evil (the first game) and The Walking Dead - the Romero universe

Even Game of Thrones took inspiration from real life events of the War of the Roses, House of Lancaster and House of York, sound familiar?

Yeah, lets shit on those as well, huh?

As far as the Darkseid/Thanos comparison, Stan Lee didn't create Thanos, Jim Starling did. Thanos neve looked the way he did until Darkseid's popularity. Sure that was a rip-off but Stan Lee had nothing to do with it.

And if you're going to use Frankenstein as an argument, at least get it right, I assume you mean the monster, because Frankenstein is the one that created the monster, the monster never had a name. He names himself Adam, but Frankenstein is not his name.

Mr. Lee had plenty of cameos appearance before he passed away. He had a great life.
