Will we ever see a legendary run like what Pacquiao did from '06-'09 again?

    Lomachenko is doing that now

Barrera and Morales in 2006 were not even relevent

Cotto-145 even roach admitted to draining the guy

        Oscar-was a dead man walking

So how can you give him credit and discredit Floyd?
barrera and morales were ranked #1 and 2 in 2006. not relevant...makes no sense. then marquez became the new #2 guy behind pac, and pac beat him. but pac had already beaten a better barrera so lets just say top ranked morales and marquez while adding in a win over diaz who was top 3, hatton who was the lineal champ, and a win over "drained" cotto hmm yea ill take that over judah coming off a loss to a bum, a bum named baldomir, and 2 guys moving up in weight. good try larry but floyd can't win everything. there are no judges or refs to help him win my opinion.

            Indeed.

3 was the biggest robbery of them all. Had Marquez as the clear winner.

Morales was on a 4 fight losing streak

Oscar was a damn Zombie coming off of a loss and a broken eye socket

you dont have to post crap to make an ATG look great..those fights didnt make him great
                All of this.

Morales was considered easy pickins when Manny fought him, that's why Morales' upset was so insane.

His run of ODLH, Hatton, and Cotto is the reason there is actually real ped testing for most top fights now.

What would people think if Santa Cruz moved up to welterweight and beat Thurman, DSG, and Porter and then Spence or Crawford agreed to fight Santa Cruz if they both underwent VADA testing, and Santa Cruz refused? What if Santa Cruz beat three top fighters at 140 or 147 all by ko, and then after being accused of peds didn't knock out another opponent for 10 years?

You can't tell me, if some cat at 126 or 130 suddenly jumped to ww and won by ko over top opponents and then refused real ped testing, and then didn't ko anyone else for 10 years that EVERYONE wouldn't agree that he was on peds. Without a doubt. And imagine if Santa Cruz gave 5 different reasons he wouldn't, such as being afraid of needles. The only reason Manny gets a pass from many is because of peoples deep hatred of Floyd Mayweather. If anyone did the same thing today everyone and I mean everyone would agree the guy was on something illegal.

Manny's run was still impressive. Just like winning five Tour de France titles is and hitting over 70 home runs in a season. Very impressive, but needs to be put in the proper context.

We probably wont see another fighter like Pac for another 20 years or something.
