Prove he was taking them. In 2009 he was not knocking out Welterweights, only smaller fighters. There is no 100% proof either one was or wasnt taking anything. And random testing isnt foolproof because peds can be masked by any fighter including Floyd and Pac, just like the Mia St. John article indicates.

If he was on Peds at any point he wouldn’t have stopped right then. He didn’t start doing random blood testing until the Rios fight, after he got knocked out by Marquez, and when Ariza left the camp. If i was arguing that he was steroids i would say that’s when he stopped. I think the pacquiao that fought Marquez 4 would have stopped Rios. Just my observations.
