Joshua and Hearn are greedy and disrespectful how they treat another world champion.

      .
He can only afford to do that because fans such as yourself are willing to accept him fighting Whyte et al.

      Stop accepting this behaviour!

Joshua doesn't make any money if the fans stop buying the fights.

This site is meant to be for boxing fans and yet all you guys do is defend his business decisions. His business decisions cannot work if the fans demand that he fights the best fights - that's Wilder, Parker, maybe Povetkin, maybe Pulev.

I hate when fans make the same excuses that promoters use. It's bad enough that Joshua's not fighting Wilder yet, and now you're telling me that they can't even get this fight made either? Enough of this greedy primadonna garbage, just get a decent fight made.

Joshua would be bringing in 80 to 90% of the revenue against either of Parker or Wilder. Why is the onus on him to concede ground? (come off it man, no one in his position would).... Floyd made more than Joshua and paid his opponents less regardless of their accomplishments or titles. He got £32 million to Mosley's £6 million.

Like many have said, Parker makes less than £1 million on a normal fight so if anyone is being greedy it's him cause he's not a draw. 30% would be a huge payday for him and it will be even better if he wins.

It's just hilarious watching all the Americans who basically founded these A-side B-side arguments U-turn because suddenly it's not a USA guy that is the money man in the division. Floyd wasn't greedy but Joshua is?? lol

Welp, gonna take a while to unify then. I could understand if he was asking for 50-50, but 35% ain't too much to ask for when you are looking for credible opponents that come with a belt.

The UK public are dog****e though and will gladly bend over for any fight AJ takes, even while he spits in their faces. AJ doesn't NEED to fight anyone in particular, the UK boxing scene is very lucrative - he could fight Dominic Wade or Amir Khan and it would sell out.

I want to see these fights happen like everyone else but Joshua holds all the cards, he's recognised as the number 1 guy in the division, he has the most belts and he's got the most money behind him by a country mile.

No one in that position is going to go out of his way to please his opponents at the negotiation table, these other guys have to beat him before they can start demanding things.

Agreed, but unfortunately belts are held to ransom - and as a fan we all want to see unification.

Why are you using Floyd as an example of what should happen?

his **** doesn't happen if we fans - the ones who buy the fights - stop buying the bull**** and pay for the good fights.

                  I don't want to see:
                  Wilder-Breazeale
                  Joshua-Whyte
Parker-that Japanese guy no one has ever heard of or Lucas Browne.

I saw the interview earlier, according to him Parker brings him nothing but he (Parker) is being offered 10 times what he normally makes.

I think using Mayweather is a perfect example, the market decides what each fighter makes, Mayweather brings the majority of the money to the table. His opponents still end up making the biggest purse possible. Same here with Joshua and his opponents, people shouldn’t expect Joshua to get less from what he would normally make, yes we all want to see the fight happen. So let the market decide what each fighter get from what they bring to the table.
