I've gotta go with Scorsese on this one, the guy is just a genius at making movies; Mean Streets, Taxi Driver, Casino, Bringing Out the Dead, Goodfellas, Cape Fear, The Departed, The Colour of Money, Gangs of New York, The Aviator, Raging Bull, Shutter Island, Shine a Light, Hugo to name the best ones.

Oops, he loses points for the Crazies.

Edgar Wright for the Cornetto trilogy and Spaced. But... he loses points for Scott Pilgrim vs the World.

then add in ikiru, ran, hidden fortress and one fine sunday and its really difficult to say otherwise...

Airplane, Naked Gun, Ghost, First Knight, Top Secret, Kentucky Fried Movie, Fair Game..........the list goes on and on.

There are too many directors to mention like De Palma, Hitch****, Stone, Lynch, among others that when you see their names in the movie, it makes you think that that movie, for sure, is good.

However, whenever I see that a movie is being directed by Tarantino, I certainly would watch it because I know that it's gonna be one hell of a movie.
