Again I'am not talking about the system in which the death penalty operates just the idea that some crimes are worthy of capital punishment.

Yeah. Better to execute one to many and spare the money. Who cares if they execute an innocent?

Oh yeah. There's definetely crimes worthy of the death penalty ie. childmolesters, terrorists, serial killers and more, but the risk of executing an innocent outweighs the benefits of that kind of punishment IMO.
