Just been released form custody.
I was sent down for the crime of "comedy" well it was funny to me. Not so much for the child.....
I want to share my experience of being locked down, so if you ever find yourself in the same situation you will know what to do (if you ever find yourself in prison)
Step 1 try to create certain death for yourself with all the most dangerous criminal gang leaders, make fun of their mothers, surprise them by smashing feces into their face at high velocity
(the key is being ballsy enough to do it full on, no half ass here, that will get you killed)
Once the prison guards are aware that you will die for sure if you are left in general population you can be escorted off to safety, in solitary confinement!
You have your own on suite toilet/bathroom, no one to bother you, perfectly safe, easy sleep, its wonderful.
Once in solitary you now have the problem of passing time joylessly, you can in theory and in practice be having a much better time of it than 99% of people in the outside world
Meditation is the only way to get optimal happiness (proven by science) and the highest dopamine levels without the use of hard damaging drugs, so no possibility of being bored and you can enjoy yourself ALOT with 0 external entertainment (much like a druggie can). You will literally be having a better time than most people in the outside world with next to nothing to entertain you.
Next up we move onto tantra (since you are alone in your cell) and using mindfulness to have multiple orgasm extended orgasms and to enjoy sexual pleasure without a limit on time (ie no need for a finish point)
