Just a script that when executed it:

creates a TCP socket()
connect()'s to my ip on a given port
forks() a process which exec()'s or shell_exec()'s or system()'s a bash shell when it connect()'s to my open port.

Last time i coded PHP was when PHP 4 was around haha.

I can read PHP and understand. Write small basics scripts. Never coded i socket programming i PHP. Php.net is quite easy to use though. Very informative!
