I’m not avoiding anything. It was put to vote several times and it was blocked in Congress. Of course if Trump was the dictator that libtards claim him to be, he would have bypassed Congress. Since he is the elected President, he has to abide by the laws.

Trump later clarified that we weren't going to literally receive a check from Mexico for the wall, but that it would be paid by them using different means.
