you can actually tell by the #'s in the kell brook fight. The WW is supposed to be faster and outland him at first before he reels them in later. Very much like Amir Khan vs Canelo.

Yet GGG's defense was better than Kell the WW. he outlanded Kell in every round despite giving hup the speed advantage. Meaning he has better skills than kell P4P.

let's compare say GGG's last fight to Ward's fight with that Cuban bum or that Edwin dude.

GGG took some shots but it's over 5 rounds.

Ward took heavy punishment from both of those bums over 12 rounds. I think he was more damaged over those 12 rounds than GGG is over 5 rounds.

The Middleweight Can Crushing King hasn't fought any solid or elite opponents, of course he's fresher than he should be at his age!

If the wolves don't want it then aim for the bear!

        Pacquiao did it

        Hopkins did it

        Crawford

        Gonzalez

        Etc.

Let's see what happens if the Jacobs fight happens, sadly enough it took a supermiddle weight drained to welter to get these guys to grow a baby pair!

Golovkin has probably taken more punishment during all his amateur years than in his pro career. He started boxing as a kid and used to spar against older fighters.

it's funny coming from a guy with a hagler av.

              just LMAO

cannon fodder for WW's. it was Hagler's incompetence as a middleweight king that created the illusion of greatness in that era.

the truth is Hagler lost to absolute bums in his prime and he went life and death with welterweights. GGG breaks their eyesockets.

                  this is an interesting case.

i do see that point. it's in a way, similar to Kostya Tszyu. However Tszyu was at LWW. much smaller men..... so they age even quicker due to the reliance on speed.

When the opponent smiles and waves you on to throw more shots. that means he didn't feel it.

but once again, you would have to look at the post fight stats. GGG's fights end before the 8th round. when you compile all the strikes landed. he is still absorbing less punishment than some slick guys who go all 12.

very simple let's look at the fight you brought up. Willie Monroe.

MOnroe only landed 87/305 thrown over their fight.

                    Floyd vs Maidana for example.

                    Floyd took 221/858 thrown.

                    Who took more damage?
