154 is already a loaded division with bags of talent, but there's a couple of guys who haven't been in the spotlight much, Kanat Islam and Brian Castano. Both were very good amateurs, with Islam having an Olympic bronze medal on his resume and Castano has got amateur wins over Spence, Derevyanchenko and Falcao.
Islam is 32 already, so he needs to be moved fast, he's fighting for the WBA interim title sometime next month, he's a very solid boxer-puncher/counter-puncher and if he's aiming for the full WBA title, he has a legit chance of beating Lara imo.
Castano is a very explosive ambush fighter with fast hands, feet and combinations, he's quite similar to Frankie Gomez. The problem with him is he's always going through spells of inactivity, he's 27 now and needs to be more fighting way more often. If I were his team, I'd be looking to get him a title shot by mid 2017.
